These conditions are binding once you purchase any product provided on this website www.alexroatantours. All of the products listed may not be available for every cruise ship itinerary. All excursions are subject to change without notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing and locations may be altered and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Descriptions, schedules and excursion lengths are all based on approximate times and predetermined points of interest. Changes may be unavoidable and can be made at Alex Roatan Tours' sole discretion. Although your safety is paramount, Alex Roatan Tours, its owners, employees and affiliated operators of tours do not assume responsibility for accidents that occur during tours or during any other activities. Participation in activities is at your own risk. Even though all excursions are tailored to match your cruise ships itinerary it is your responsibility to monitor the time and make sure you are back on board in time. Alex Roatan Tours, its owners, employees and affiliated operators of tours do not assume responsibility if you miss your ship.
Limitation of Liability
Alex Roatan Tours is not responsible for any losses, damage, death, injuries, or claims whatsoever arising from, connected with, or related to any activities published on this website. Customers engage in all activities at their own risk.
Payment, Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Prices for all our products are quoted per person, in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Transportation from the cruise ship dock to the activity and back to the dock is included in the price. We accept US$ cash (no damaged bank notes), Paypal and all major credit cards in our store. All prices do not include taxes. Please note that you have to reserve your spot in advance with a paypal deposit as per description on our prices & bookings site. This deposit is not refundable unless your cruise ship does not dock in Roatan or Alex Roatan Tours has to cancel the tour. If one of these two events will take place, Alex Roatan Tours will refund you with your deposit through paypal.
Personal possessions
Do not leave your possessions unattended at any time, either in the vehicles/boats in which you are traveling or otherwise. Remember coats, umbrellas, cameras, handbags, wallets, traveling bags, cell phones, passports, and similar items remain, at all times throughout your activity, under the guest's custody and control. Alex Roatan Tours, its owners, employees and affiliated operators will not be responsible for personal possessions.
